About Me

Welcome to Introvert moments

Hi i’m Lou, I’m so glad you have found me.

As an introvert myself, I’ve spent a lot of time navigating through the world not quite feeling like i fit in, for years iv struggled with self doubt, feeling uncomfortable wondering why i couldn’t just be myself and be more outgoing around people i didn’t know. Wondering why most of the time i only ever felt at peace at home in my own surroundings. A few years ago i discovered the word Introvert and the more i read about it it all made sense…. that’s me!!!
